Actors, pianists, dancers, instrumental players, adult piano players, singers, lecturers, administrators and computer users all are welcome!
People use the technique to:
- improve performance and prevent injury in music, drama and sport activities
- develop ease and grace in movement
- help with balance and co-ordination
- increase general self-awareness
- enhance presentational skills
The Alexander Technique helps millions of people across the world to naturally overcome:
- muscle tension and stiffness
- back, neck and joint pain, poor posture
- breathing and vocal problems
- anxiety and stress related conditions
We offer:
Practical hands-on work in small groups
Group lessons will give you some of the principles of the Alexander Technique, with affordable fees for students
Thursday 4.30 - 5.30
Friday 7.30 - 8.30
Saturday 12.00 - 1.00 and 5.00 - 6.00
£85 for 10 sessions or £12 per lesson
One-to-one lessons
an individual lesson will give you the best introduction to the Technique and help you decide if a course of lessons would benefit you
£25 half an hour
£50 an hour
